Requirements
Essential
• A bachelors degree
• A recognized TEFL / TESOL qualification
• A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ Business English teaching experience
• Teacher training experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent people skills and a team player
• Sound computer skills
• A professional attitude with a positive personality
Preferred
• A post-graduate qualification in TESOL, ELT, or applied linguistics
• A diploma-level qualification in TEFL/TESOL
• Teacher training experience in Asia
• Experience teaching Business English in China
